A question I hear hundreds of times on daily basis.

cell diagram

Here’s the answer: This schematic represents the events of cell death due to:

Toxins, free radicals, radiation, injuries, wrong habits, processed foods, hydrogynated foods, artificial sweetners, excess sweets and pasteries, food preservatives, genetically modified foods, rBGH-treated meats, toxic/impure water, toxic/plastic water containers, artificial food colorants, increase meats and starches intake, decrease to elimination of fruit and vegetable consumption, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, heavy metals, toxic/impure personal hygiene products, improper ergonomics (sitting wrong, sleeping wrong, driving, lifting, carrying, or picking up heavy objects wrong, school backpacks design an position, reading wrong, improper office work posture, etc.) electromagnetic fields, industrial residential areas, smog, coalash, emotional stress, physical stress, work stress, family stress, divorce, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol, smoking, leisure drugs, excess partying, lack of sleep, internet adult movies, excess usage of computer games, falls, accidents, sports injuries, neurologically improper athletic training, fractures, surgeries, medication side effects, surgical body improvements and or alterations, and much more…

All these factors lead to internal activation of programmed cell death pathways, withdrawal of growth factors, decrease communication between cells, and loss of electrical and chemical connections. This leads to a cascade of neurological and physiological alterations to normal body functions and brain processing, setting off the stage of disease and the loss of the quality of life if not loss of life.

Remember that we started developing from one cell which multiplied into trillions over trillions of different cell types for every body region, organ, muscle, joint, ligament, blood vessel, vein, nerve, bone and above all the brain. Not to complicate things and going too deep into the complex neurophysiology of cellular function, it will suffice to say that the more cells die, the greater human symptoms and suffering.

For example, If you lose one million cells, your symptoms might be different than losing ten million cells. The more cells you lose, the more the symptoms, and the less your brain and your body will be able to keep up with proper function. As cell deaths rapidly and exponentially increase, symptoms increase until terminal illness or loss of life.

“Every time you lose a cell, you lose a piece of you. The more cells you lose, the more pieces you lose until you lose the whole picture, WHICH IS YOU” Dr. Jaudy

Health is a choice. I hope that this factual information answers “what causes that?” and brings awareness and change for the sake of yourself and other human life around the world.

Yours in Health,
